Cadorath Announces Price Freeze
LEAN manufacturing allows innovator to hold steady
Februrary 25, 2010
Winnipeg, MB – The Cadorath Group is proud to continue its commitment to customer service excellence with a price freeze at 2009 levels through 2010.
Pricing for Component Repair, Modification and Overhaul services will not change over the next year, primarily thanks to the use of LEAN manufacturing techniques which have allowed Cadorath to find efficiencies in processes while guaranteeing quality of service.
“We began our journey into LEAN in 2005 and have been implementing productivity improvements ever since,” says Gerry Cadorath, President and CEO of Cadorath Group. “Embracing the LEAN philosophies and employing the tools has helped us combat the erosion of the greenback against global currencies, and is guiding us through this current recession.”
Cadorath is committed to continuing to apply LEAN management to help minimize the financial impact on clients from the rising costs of doing business.
“Everyone in the business world feels the impact of a recession,” Cadorath says. “Our job is to make it as easy as possible for our customers to continue to purchase our products and services in hard economic times.”
Cadorath Group is a Winnipeg-based, family-owned and operated business consisting of two Rolls Royce Authorized Repair Facilities strategically positioned to guarantee superior service for a global customer base. The company also is strategically supported by two world-class special process facilities and a global parts distribution center. Cadorath’s combined resources provide unequalled support for its customers' needs.
Cadorath Group finds strength in its diversity of core companies and other non-related business units. It continues to provide superior service and products to its client base.
