Group Quality Assurance Representative
Position Description:
- Calibration of tools and equipment
- Maintain Gage pack system
- Issue of test panels - Plating facility
- Monitor the condition of parts in storage
- Monitor the Shelf Life program
- Maintain the Technical Library
- Perform Internal Audits
- Assist in initiating and completing NCR's and Corrective Actions
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with any other projects that come up from time to time
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-3 years min in a Quality role
- Min High School Education
- Computer skills
- Must have taken an Internal Auditing Course
- Have an understanding Of ISO 9000, AS9110 and 14001 standards, Transport Canada, FAA and EASA Standards.
- Minimum of two years using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to interact and cooperate with other employees
- Be mentally alert and demonstrate integrity in assessing compliance with requirements, regulations and standards

CNC Machinist
Position Description:
- Programming, setup and operation of CNC lathes and mills
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years experience as a CNC Machinist required
- Must be able to program, setup and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Must be able to interpret drawings, standards and specifications
- Must be able to work to close tolerances and understand machine tools
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment
- Essential to participate in all Health and Safety rules & regulations

Aerospace Detail Inspector
Position Description:
- Perform incoming and intermediate piece part detail inspections on aeronautical product.
- Quoting items for repairs/reworks required based off of incoming inspection results.
- Measure parts using precision measurement instruments and/or CMM as required.
- Create Non-conformance reports as required.
- Review all repair schemes to ensure current data has been received.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years aerospace experience
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to use a variety of precision measuring tools and instruments.
- CMM training an asset but not mandatory.
- Essential to participate in all Health and Safety rules & regulations

Repair and Development Technical Writer
Position Description:
- Assist in preparing new repairs and update existing ones
- Assist in Metallographic laboratory preparation and evaluations
- Assist in Designing new non-book repairs
- Prepare quotes for new product or repairs
- Maintaining Capabilities list
- Maintain internal repair document Master Lists
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years working in an Aerospace environment in a technical role
- Proficient at Auto cad or Solid works
- Proficient at Excel and Word
- Familiar with ISO/AS/Regulatory requirements
- Ability to use analytical thought process to solve problems
- Good communication skills and organizational skills

Position Description:
- Perform detail NDT inspection on Aerospace rework parts
Qualifications:
- NDT Inspector FPI / MPI. Must be current ticketed CGSB Certified level 2.
- 1-3 yrs aerospace experience is required

Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Inspector / Ship & Rec'r)
Position Description:
- Determine method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, schedule transportation conveyances, prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents
- Assemble containers & crates, inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, maintain internal record-keeping system, record shortages & reject damaged goods, route goods to appropriate storage areas
- Pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, oversell loading & unloading of goods
- Usage of lift trucks & fork lifts, hoists / wenches, dollies, & hand trucks
Qualifications:
- Forklift operator certification
- Completion of high school
- Operate general office equipment & computer / email
- Lifting weight of up to 50lbs
- Reading text, numeracy, oral communications, working with others, job task planning & organizing, finding information, continuous learning
