We began researching and developing Lean processes in 2005 and learned that with just a few small changes we could streamline operations, improve quality and control costs. We implemented strong, smart plans for our operations, quickly trained our staff and are now more efficient than ever.

Lean has been instrumental in our efforts to create manufacturing cells, reduce costs and inventory, reduce our footprint and improve quality. The new processes have also allowed us to reduce stress and fatigue within our own team.
