The relentless identification & pursuit of the elimination of waste
Lean Manufacturing practices use the smallest investment of resources, time and energy possible, ultimately delivering less waste and a greater value to the customer.
And Cadorath is proud of our status as a Lean Manufacturer.
We began researching and developing Lean processes in 2005 and learned that with just a few small changes we could streamline operations, improve quality and control costs. We implemented strong, smart plans for our operations, quickly trained our staff and are now more efficient than ever.
Lean has been instrumental in our efforts to create manufacturing cells, reduce costs and inventory, reduce our footprint and improve quality. The new processes have also allowed us to reduce stress and fatigue within our own team.
Every Cadorath employee is involved in Lean recommendations.
But we’re not done...
Why is Lean Manufacturing important to you?
It is important to you, our customers, because the people actually doing the work are the ones identifying the waste to streamline the operation, improve the quality and control the costs.
